We have experienced significant year-over-year growth and have increased our team size by over 200% in the past year. We are looking to continue this growth by adding talented people, specifically in the field of engineering and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records and documentation
- Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, absences, bonus etc
- Handle vacation requests while keeping the manager informed
- Conduct or assist with new hire Orientation &Offboarding
- Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events &holiday parties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
- Perform IT tasks such as setting up and deactivating the accounts
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring process etc;refer more complex questions to appropriate senior level HR
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy
- Hands on experience with HRIS
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
