The Healthcare Analyst will be an integral part of the Business Operations team and focused on data ingestion and the QC of data against our proprietary software dataset. The HA will develop insights into the pharmaceutical spend for clients and prospects. Additionally, the HA will leverage data and technology to identify trends in pharmacy spend, changes in drug pricing, and to identify client opportunities for reducing waste and abuse. The HA will utilize our Scripta software and Tableau for support and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality assurance checks for each data file load on a per client basis each month.
- Identify any data or software issues that may result in errors in our opportunity engine and work with
the Prod/Dev team to resolve. - Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business insights
- Create models to identify trends and track changes across time
- Identify, source, and support cleansing new data sources improving our ability to decrease costs and
improve care for individuals and groups - Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Member Engagement, and Clinical Insights to create
actionable insights for prospective clients. - Utilize Excel or other BI tools to gather and organize raw data, conduct analysis and set up recurring
and ad hoc reports - Provide quality control of all data outputs prior to client release.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Math, Business/Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare, or similar field.
- Or a Certified Analytics Professional with 3+ years experience in an analytical role.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Tableau knowledge strongly preferred
- Must be self-motivated and able to function in a remote work setting with little day-to -day oversight.
- Expertise in Excel and Power Point and practical application ability with remaining Microsoft Office
Suite Business Operations. - Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Out of the box thinker with ability to find ways to leverage data to identify waste and abuse or to
maximize savings opportunities. - Demonstrated success in team environments
- Strong and proven understanding of data cleanup challenges, data management strategies, logical
database design, databases (e.g., MySQL), and SQL - Amazon Web Services (AWS) skills a plus
- Business intelligence / analytics experience at another technology firm a plus
- Data visualization skills strongly preferred
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, but not required
