What we imagine you’ll do:- Create an outbound strategy, taking care of everything from demand generation to closing 6-figure ARR deals
- Lead by example and drive the execution of the sales strategy
- Work together with the growth team to create clear definitions of buyer personas and processes
- Manage senior-level customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities when needed
- Scale and manage a high-performance, global sales team
- Turn working sales processes into easy-to-follow playbooks
- Play a critical role in the executive team, working closely with the founders, marketing, product, and engineering heads to analyze business performance, set priorities, and steer our long-term growth strategy
- 3+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience within the B2B SaaS industry
- Proven track record of building a demand generation and outbound engine
- Seasoned in hiring and managing sales teams globally
- Experience with selling to 5,000+ employee companies remotely;willing to “roll up the sleeves’ and sell, and help teams close deals when needed
- Exceptional understanding of sales metrics and the ability to make decisions based on data
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (such as Pipedrive, Leadfeeder, Prospect.io, etc.)
- Experience in customer service is a big plus, but not a requirement
- Internally driven, detail-oriented
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- Willing to travel globally as needed
- High tolerance of cat-gifs and emojis
