However, the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado, California, Florida, Connecticut, or Washington and the candidate must be eligible to work inside the United States.

How you’ll contribute:

  • As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead all aspects of the Brad’s Deals Acquisition and Retention teams and must understand how strategies from the bottom to the top of the funnel work together within a robust marketing mix to fundamentally support and grow the business.
  • More specifically, your role with Brad’s Deals is to:
    • Own the marketing strategy and develop a deep understanding of our core customer and their unique user attributes in order to execute strategic and performance-based marketing plans that drive user retention and increase lifetime value
    • Measure the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention campaigns in order to scale and increase monthly active users
    • Implement strategies for paid retargeting, retention, and reactivation campaigns
    • Expand paid performance marketing campaigns across new channels and optimize toward sustainable spend
    • Lead enthusiastically, yet be collaborative and hands-on with our B2C and B2B marketing efforts
    • Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget in a high-growth environment and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic goals
    • Coordinate cross-channel marketing initiatives for web, mobile, email, and ensure seamless customer experience within Brad’s Deals across screens and all consumer touchpoints
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, corporate communications, product, partner development, editorial, data, and analytics Mentor and coach our growing marketing organization

  • Current working experience across all areas of performance marketing and understanding of how they support each other for material impact
  • Proven background in data-driven marketing decisions The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team
  • The ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and budgeting skills
  • Outstanding leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
