We have a rare opportunity for an experienced marketing executive to join the Paymentology team as the Head of Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Head of Marketing will lead and develop the Marketing team further and have focus on building the brand further. This is a global remote position.
The focus for the Head of Marketing will be to:
- Oversee the marketing strategy but have a hands-on approach
- Transform the Paymentology brand into the leading brand in the fintech industry through the smart use of multiple online and offline channels
- Support our sales function through marketing automation and inbound marketing
- Plan and execute online and offline events such as conferences and webinars
- Develop partnership marketing with our key partners
- Build a strong relationship with internal stakeholders
What it takes to succeed:
You are a digital native, but you have experience with traditional ways of marketing. You can understand technical concepts and simple and attractively explain them. You have a track record in building a strong brand.
- Strong communication skill
- Strong eye for visual details
- Data is your friend
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, develop and execute multi-channel marketing (online &offline)
- Exceptional team leadership and people management skills with demonstrated experience at building and leading a high performing team
- Demonstrated ability to engage with, manage and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Experience with B2B fintech is a plus
