Once a fringe thing hippies did, “going solar” is now going mainstream. It took over 30 years for the first 1 million solar installations to be completed. It only took another 3 years to install the second million. Over the next 2 years another 1 million homes will go solar and there are 90 million American households to go after that! Your Mission:

Your mission is to help us accelerate the adoption rate of solar power, by intelligently planned and executed marketing projects, always tied to moving a core metric on the relatively long solar buying cycle for residential homeowners.

You must have a nose for ROI, and demonstrated ability to drive results. We’re not necessarily looking for Mastery-level expertise in any area of online marketing (although this is extremely useful), because you will have the authority/responsibility to hire out for specific needs. This position is more about driving new and ongoing marketing projects from idea to completion.

The projects we choose will depend on the mutually agreed upon highest-ROI pathway to achieving our objectives. As a data-driven company with tremendous volume (think weekly AB tests if bandwidth allows), we have ample opportunity to prove out the right path.
