Drive revenue growth by setting the right strategy, running tests, managing and optimising channels and keeping the team motivated

In detail:
  • Set a growth strategy - 10x our revenues in 6 months. Currently at 300$/day in sales
  • Ideation, création and launch of creative ads in collaboration with video editors, designers etc.
  • Manage our digital marketing ad spend
  • Understand metrics throughout the funnel by looking at conversion touch points
  • Run experiments and tests on our offers, landing pages, messaging, copy etc.
  • Manage and drive our organic and paid acquisition channels

  • Pre-requisites required:
  • Demonstrated ability to drive user and revenue growth
  • Has managed a team before, can delegate and ensure high quality output
  • Has been part of a growth team or agency running tests, optimisation campaigns and driving key metrics
  • Understands funnels (mobile and web) and data analytics through Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel etc.
  • Can crunch data in sheets and make data driven decisions
  • Understands how to set up, optimise and manage all ads on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc
  • Has experience creating highly converting ad creatives
