AdamEnfroy.com is a B2B media company specializing in acquiring targeted traffic for the world's largest software companies. We reach over 500k readers on a monthly basis and that number is growing rapidly. 

The business was founded in 2019 and has been one of the fastest growing media companies in the software industry.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for building out and scaling the entire sales process with the Co-CEO for AdamEnfroy.com which will specifically include:
  • Working directly with Adam Enfroy and Colin Shipp.
  • Prospecting brands who would be potential advertisers with us.
  • Sending cold emails and/or direct messages to potential advertisers.
  • Setting up our CRM system and making it as efficient as possible.
  • Following up with inbound and outbound leads on a daily basis.
  • Scheduling and getting on sales calls with potential advertisers and negotiating with them.
  • Building new relationships and maintaining our current relationships with these advertisers.
  • Managing the account from the first cold email sent all the way through to their advertisement/sponsored placement being live.
  • Constantly bringing in new ideas and strategies for how to grow the sponsorship side of the business.
  • Help us build out our sales team! We are looking for someone who wants to help us build our entire sales department from the ground up and manage a small team of 1-3 sales reps.

Here is what a typical day at the job would look like:

9:00am - have a quick check in with the Co-CEO
9:30am - Reply back to all emails and messages from the day before.
10:30am - Prospect for new advertisers via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other methods that you think will move the needle and start the outbound sales process again.
12:00pm - Meet with potential and current advertisers to either bring them on board as an advertiser or get existing ones to renew.
3:00pm - Prospect for new advertisers again and start the outbound sales process for them.
4:00pm - Reply back to emails and messages that have piled up throughout the day and plan out the next workday.
5:00pm - Send an update to the Co-CEO recapping the day.

  • Results Focused - You must be 100% focused on results. We are NOT a fortune 500 company with a ton of employees and red tape. We are a scrappy, small, and high profit business that only cares about getting results.
  • Sales Expert - This is not your first rodeo! We are looking for someone who has full stack sales skills. From prospecting to closing on sales calls or via email to building genuine relationships with our advertisers. We are looking for an A+ sales expert. We 
  • Hunger for Growth - You must be obsessed with growing your skills! We want someone who can scale with us and who is hungry to level up.
  • Long Term Oriented - You must have a long term vision for working with us. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as our business continues to grow. We have ZERO plans of slowing down and we want someone who is committed to growing and working with us for the long haul.
Some other requirements:
  • This role is open to American citizens only.
  • You must be able to work standard business hours Monday - Friday (9am-5pm eastern time)
  • You must be able to provide and share real sales results you have achieved in the past.
  • You must have a quiet and distraction free place to do sales calls from.
  • Willingness to pivot from task to task throughout the day.

Perks of the job:
  • 100% remote 
  • Ability to work from wherever you want as long as you are available during standard US business hours.
  • Complete autonomy to build out the sales processes as you see fit. (We aren’t going to look over your shoulder every day.)
Compensation:
  • This is a full time contract position so if you are looking for standard employee benefits healthcare, 401k match, etc. this is NOT the role for you.
  • $36,000 USD yearly base salary plus a 10% commission which will be paid monthly.
  • Example: If you sell $100,000 that month in advertising you would make $10,000 in commissions plus your $3,000 base salary totaling up to $13,000 for that month.
  • We are looking for someone who wants to earn $250,000+ per year helping us scale and build out our sales team for the long haul.
