We’re searching for an experienced hands-on front end engineer to help us build out and maintain the Nova Labs website.  This role will work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Design teams to develop a robust and beautiful website, develop content, and drive website traffic.

Responsibilities:
  • Building and testing aesthetic, functional, and user-friendly websites.

  • Coordinating with designers, content providers, and management or business owners.

  • Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection.

  • Deploy and maintain websites using hosting providers such as Heroku or Fly.io

  • Monitoring and analyzing site performance.

  • Updating website content and monitoring how the site shows up in search results, and social media posts.

  • Ensure our UI components and libraries are reliable, secure, extensible and accessible.

Minimum requirements
  • 2+ years of professional hands-on software development experience.

  • Product-focused, driving the design, development, and implementation in order to turn a user's pain points into simple and elegant solutions.

  • Building web applications using React, HTML, and CSS.

  • You excel at building data visualizations using libraries.

  • You develop visualizations that enable engineers and leaders to explore and understand data.
