We’re looking for a part-time front-end + Craft developer, to assist our team with ongoing client projects and internal product development.

Details &Role

This position will be ongoing, starting at roughly 15-20 hours per week, with the potential of transitioning into a full-time role.

Work will be a combination of developing full (start-to-end) Craft projects, and assisting with ongoing maintenance and improvements to existing client projects.

We’re looking for a reliable new team member we can grow with, ideally becoming a key contributor to the work we’re doing. You’ll be brought into our company Slack and Asana channels, and touching base each week to review active project work.

You will be expected to work on projects large and small, performing front-end development and Craft CMS integration. Internally, we have a handful of development processes and tools we’ll need you to familiarize yourself with, and are happy to guide your onboarding to these conventions.

Role Requirements

Proficiency with front-end development languages and frameworks: HTML, CSS, Javascript, NPM, SCSS, Webpack, github + git workflows.

Proficiency with Craft CMS and the Twig templating language. Proficiency with coding conventions like DRY, Object Oriented Javascript, Component-Driven Architecture, and Atomic Design.

Having a keen eye for design.  The ability to translate the experience presented in static visual design files into working interactive websites.

A strong ability to use time well and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to communicate well, and provide progress updates via remote communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Loom, Asana, etc)
