Role summary

We are seeking for an unstoppable ambitious Sales Development Representative to establish offline distribution of our tipping service in European countries. So you’ll be responsible for generating qualified appointments with different businesses that involve tipping across your country, including restaurants, bars, cafes, delivery, salons, etc. As we are running fast, we’re ready to share huge bounties and even revenue. However this is an incredible opportunity not just to earn significant amount of money but also to gain invaluable experience in launching technological projects in Fintech area.


Responsibilities
  • Reach prospective customers via offline meetings, email, calls to generate appointments
  • Providing customer onboarding support
  • Consistently follow up with prospects in a timely and organized manner
  • Customer interviews and usability testing
  • Hiring Sales Managers
  • Accumulating feedback and reporting to the product team

Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to confidently communicate with individuals at all levels
  • Naturally curious and empathetic, with an ability to diagnose problems and get to the root cause of customer pain points
  • A strong work ethic, tenacious and highly motivated to succeed and meet targets
  • A proactive approach to work, able to overcome obstacles independently and bring new ideas to the table
  • Passionate about technology and able to quickly master new software and processes

Nice to have (but not essential)
  • Fluency in the local language
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment at a B2B technology company
  • Previous experience being successful in a customer-facing sales or demand generation role
