We are looking to add a Financial Controller to our small and hands-on team! Your main responsibility will be to take full ownership of the day-to-day accounting and financial control.

What you will be doing
  • Take full ownership of our day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, reconciliation, …)
  • Execute our monthly financial closing
  • Create financial reports and forecasts (P&L, Balance sheet, …)
  • Create SaaS specific reports (MRR, churn, …)
  • Handle in- and outgoing payments (wire transfers and credit card charges via Stripe)
  • Setup customer contracts in alignment with the sales and customer success teams
  • Be the contact person for our customers for everything relating to finance (questions about invoices, dunning, …)
  • Handle travel expense reports of our team members
  • Support with purchasing working equipment for the team

The skills you need
  • 5+ years relevant experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software - Netsuite experience a big plus
  • Knowledge of German accounting standards a big plus
  • Hands-on / can-do mentality
  • Proactive nature and independent working style
  • Analytical mind, data-savvy thinking is a must 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English - German a plus
