Building relationships, understanding stresses and business pressures are some of the skills our account managers use every day to provide our clients with this high level of service.
Account managers also have a wide knowledge of vat related matters giving them a unique ability to recommend and advise clients. Of course they are not qualified tax advisors so there is always the next level of support available for those complex or technical matters. You do NOT need to have any experience in the world of finance or vat to apply for this role. Skills in those areas will be developed in on job training for the successful candidate.
Our account managers have a pride in their work and enjoy a feeling of accomplishment for a job well done. Although we are all working remotely, we have worked hard to create a great unified, fun team.
There is an enjoyably charged atmosphere in the company where everyone reaches out to support and interact with each other.

Minimum requirements to apply:
- Turkish language - fluent / native speaker level ( both written and spoken)
- English language - fluent ( English is our company language so you will need to communicate in English with your peers and colleagues)
- Full time position - Able to commit to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm CET
- Customer Support / Account Manager experience - 3 years plus, ideally more!
- A desire for a challenge
The job would suit expat living anywhere in the world as it is a remote position. So long of course as there is a great reliable internet connection, you have a quiet office space to use and you can work the time zone required!
Offered with the role:
- We offer full training in our industry and company processes
- Mentorship with an experienced Account manager for a minimum of 4 months.
- Full support during training period and ongoing training and support for ALL long term employees.
