We are looking for an experiencedfreelance recruiter to support our HR Team.
The role can either be on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a commission only position with a competitive commission structure.
Candidates must have prior recruitment experience preferably in eCommerce, venture capital and start-ups.

Primarily you will be searching for intrapreneurial profiles with strong commercial mindsets within product management.
You are expected to:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment of assigned searches.
- Actively source high quality candidates for the assigned roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.
- Schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Extensive network with high quality contacts within e-commerce, venture capital and start-ups.
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
- Excellent time management skills with good negotiation tactics
- Proactive and independent
- Fluency in English.
- Available to work +/- 2 CET
