What is the role about?
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the team, handling a wide range of executive and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities at the same time.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to work independently.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Administrative support
- Meeting coordination: Organise and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure meetings are efficiently run and objectives are met

- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the management team
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the team and gather feedback in one-to-one meetings
- Foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication
- Event planning: Assist in organising company events, meetings, and conferences
- Ensure all logistics are handled smoothly
- Document Management: Maintain organised and accessible records and files, both electronic and physical
Required qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
