We need someone with experience in digital marketing to step in and work with us long-term! You will be working closely with the Owner who heads the marketing team and has a strong marketing background. How much responsibility you have will depend on your experience. Working hours are flexible - profitably USA time to assist the Owner efficiently.

- This is a fully remote contract position with the potential for regular bumps in salary based on performance
- The earning potential is great because this is a performance-based position. If you hit sales KPIs, you can significantly increase your earning
- We don't require you to be anywhere in particular or care where you're from or where you live, but you have to attend daily meetings
Here are some of the things you could be doing:
- The main thing: to assist the Owner with any marketing or management organization
- Day to day Basecamp check
- Monthly reports if needed
- Posting jobs, finding good employees when needed, leading the selection
- Scheduling and reaching out to possible business partners (platforms, software, etc.), discovery calls along with CEO
- Writing SOPs when needed
- Creating polls/surveys using Typeform
- Ambassador Management assisting if needed
- Assisting with day-to-day marketing/management task's
That means that you:
- Have 1+ year experience in digital marketing, management area
- Leading Teams
- Management skills, detail-oriented
- Ability to research competitors
- Ability to learn new software and do marketing research
- Ability to format documents properly and by rules
- Communication skills
- To be an independent problem solver without hand holding
- Meet deadlines and be operative
- Ability to lead interviews and hire people
- Have experience in the anime industry is a BIG plus
- Have initiative: we expect you to come with ideas and present them. Of course, you will get help from the team
Should care about ROI
- Will work closely with the Owner
- Have to be stoked about working in a position that requires you to perform and rewards you for it
- Shouldn't care about fluff (think: anything done by a Silicon Valley startup...)
