The role
As part of Toggl Track's leadership team, you will lead a team of 4-6 backend and frontend engineers. Taking ownership of one domain of our product, you'll be working closely with product managers and UX designers to deliver real value to our customers with new and improved features.
You will have great product managers, designers, and other specialists working with you on a daily basis to help you prioritize and make decisions based on data and user research. They will rely on you to be their technical contact point and to be on top of your team's work, schedule, and understanding of technical possibilities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- being responsible for the well-being and productivity of your team. You will plan your team's work, keep track of progress, and report back to the heads of the product and engineering departments proactively.
- communicating with stakeholders, keeping our company goals in mind, and understanding how to contribute to them with your own team.

The technologies your team will be working with are:
- Go, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud, and a sprinkle of Ruby
- React, JavaScript, TypeScript, shipped through webpack and Babel
