P3 Media is looking to hire an associate project manager. This position reports to the Senior Director of Project Management and is a great opportunity for anyone looking to grow and learn every aspect of e-commerce.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce tasks and projects on the Shopify Plus platform
- Manage day-to-day product optimization for existing e-commerce stores
- Review and deploy site updates and email campaigns
- Be proactive about client requirements to ensure successful and ontime delivery of all projects
- Work closely with engineering teams and act as a liason between developers and clients
- Ensure that all deliverables are delivered with the highest quality standard by using the best quality-assurance practices
- Be a key advocate for clients and agency team
Requirements:
- Has experience in the clear and non-ambiguous documentation of requirements, deliverables, schedules and budgets for projects in Statements of Work
- Has the ability to manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities and stakeholders
- Isn’t daunted by the task of leading projects and taking responsibility for their success
- Has clear verbal and written communicating skills at all levels
- Is flexible, pragmatic, detail oriented and remains calm in a fast paced environment
- Has a positive and collaborative problem solving attitude
Experience:
- 1-3 years in a project management or account management role.
- Prior experience with a content management system (ex: Squarespace, Wordpress, Shopify, etc.)
- Prior experience working with project management tools (ex: Basecamp, JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Bronto or another email service provider
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (ex: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
