Location
For this position, we are looking for candidates located in North America.

What you will do
  • This is both a ‘hands-on’ and strategic role, in that it requires the ability to zoom out, define the landscape and drive the efforts to facilitate key decisions
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, scenario planning, ROI analyses, BvAs, and key strategic metrics 
  • Lead the company’s annual financial planning process supported by a detailed bottoms-up financial model including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections
  • Build and own bottoms-up operating model which includes bookings and associated topline, cash &collections, cost of sales (commissions, labor, data and hosting COGS) etc.
  • Identify and track business and departmental KPIs, uncover trends and assess current and future business risks and opportunities
  • Establish a monthly/quarterly reporting package, and lead the preparation of presentation materials for the Executive team, Board, and Investors
  • Provide financial business partnership and decision support to various stakeholders
  • On-going improvement of FP&A processes and implementation of tools to enable automation and improve efficiencies

What you will bring
  • 10+ years of FP&A experience, with an emphasis on financial modeling and budgeting
  • Experience in investment banking / private equity, Enterprise SaaS and high-growth start-up preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of SaaS, subscription, and usage-based business model and KPIs
  • Expert Excel skills;able to build complex financial models from scratch including full P&L, balance sheet and cashflow forecasting
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial concepts
  • MBA preferred, with required Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
  • Extensive experience with Quickbooks Online, Netsuite, SFDC, and other ERP, FP&A and CRM systems
  • Strategic thinker, with a detail and process-oriented way of working 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, manipulate, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, think critically and problem solve structurally in an ever-changing fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent and proven cross-functional and business partnering skills
