About the Role
This is a 6-month contract with possibility of extending and/or full-time employment at the end of the contract period.
The Digital Project Coordinator at Constructive plays a key role in ensuring the success of the Project Management team by taking ownership of the smaller pieces of the larger projects and being accountable for the success of those components.
Your Core Responsibilities
As a member of the Project Management team, your primary responsibility will be to continuously and proactively communicate with your colleagues to ensure transparency to drive successful outcomes for client and internal projects.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with the strategy, design, and development teams in executing digital projects for our Partner Services and Constructive Care clients
- Communicate monthly budget updates to clients
- Assist in creating estimates for additions to scope of work across projects
- Note taking and sending recap emails to PS clients
- Proactively coordinate with project managers to send and respond to client communications
Administrative Support:
- Ensure all internal systems and communications are up to date with accurate project information, elevate any flags related to budget or scope creep
- Process documentation creation and upkeep
- Assist with the migration of archived projects to new project management system
- Assist in collecting and archiving data from old project management system
- Transcription and filing of recorded client calls and stakeholder interviews;
- Assist in collecting assets from client sites at the start of the project lifecycle;
- Content entry management on client CMS;
- Maintain code conventions across filing systems and Project Management software
Skills &Experience You’ll Need
- 1-2 years experience in digital project management and/or client services;
- Be willing to learn new skills – teach and be mentored;
- Must be able to give and receive feedback in a professional, collaborative manner, (possess a “we” vs. “me” mindset);
- Great people skills, including giving respectful push-back that educates the client in a helpful way, when necessary;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail;
- The ability to foresee potential outcomes and to plan for their impact on project timelines and client relationships;
- Ability to work and learn asynchronously through reading and online tutorials;
- Have a good sense of humor
- Strong writing and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves That Will Make a Big Difference
- Experience using project management software such as Asana, Teamwork and Forecast
- Experience working in a digital agency
- Experience working with nonprofits
