- You have a minimum 2 years working in B2C ecommerce, DTC, or subscription based marketing
- Understands multi-channel marketing and can measure effectiveness
- Can explain attribution modeling and determine which model works best for our marketing mix
- You have experience with SEO, advertising, affiliate, and email marketing
- You have experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or other ecommerce platforms
- You have an understanding of the advertising funnels awareness -> interest ->consideration ->purchase
- You have experience with building and targeting audience segments
- You have experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and are familiar with best practices for setting up UTM parameters
- You have a strong analytical, mathematical mindset and experience with mobile/web analytics
- You have a creative with a strategic mind set
- You have worked with marketing automation platforms
- You have experience with CRMs
- You have experience with marketing phones or electronic devices
- Experience with Mobile App User Acquisition a plus
Role Expectations:
- Role reports to the Director of UA
- Own trafficking, campaign creation, and reporting for e-commerce marketing initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of every marketing channel and activity on revenue
- Run advertising campaigns through several channels including SEM, Display, Retargeting, Social, Native, audio, connected TV, etc.
- A/B test creative and copy for advertisements and modephone.com website
- Help with mobile app user acquisition initiatives when needed
- Assist Product Marketing team with email operations and communications to users
- Report on metrics by channel on weekly basis
- Hit aggressive ROAS goals and bi-monthly OKRs
