Your mission
Littledata is seeking a cross-functional UX/UI Designer to design clean, consistent, engaging web experiences for customers and leads. As our first dedicated designer on the fast-growing marketing team, you play a critical role in helping to build out the design function across the company. Your focus will initially be on UX design for our popular blog and public site, but over time you will come to own aspects of UI design and branding (you will also help us hire additional designers and freelancers as needed).
This is a phenomenal position for a proactive, highly motivated designer to grow with Littledata as we continue to scale. Working in close collaboration with our industry-leading marketing team, you will have a direct impact on user experience.

What you'll do at Littledata:
- Design clean, consistent, engaging web experiences for customers and leads
- Own UX/UI projects as agreed with marketing team stakeholders, from initial wireframes to working with front-end designers and QA testers to ensure that your designs are actualized in a way that makes sense for users
- Prototype responsive designs in Figma and respond to feedback
- Share knowledge and industry trends with our team via Slack and Notion
- Work with user testers and data scientists on our sales, marketing, partnerships and product teams to analyze design effectiveness and continue to improve engagement
- Collaborate with our lead product designer to expand and improve our brand guidelines as we scale

Your profile
- 2-5 years experience working with marketing teams and developers to design user-centered solutions
- Ability to work east coast US hours to overlap with our marketing team
- Comfortable collaborating, brainstorming, rapid-prototyping, and problem-solving with other designers, writers, marketers, front-end engineers and stakeholders on multiple projects at a time
- Demonstrated experience with UX and UI design, and endless curiosity to always be learning
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your approach to user-centered web design
