Demand Generation Manager - EMEA - remote

We are looking for a collaborative, hands-on marketer to support our EMEA team to run end-to-end marketing campaigns who will drive and accelerate pipeline to support our growth targets by delivering high quality marketing campaigns across digital, email, events webinars and content. This role will contribute to and own the pipeline goal for our EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive a comprehensive demand gen strategy to expand our marketing reach and drive pipeline through paid and organic programs
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns incorporating paid digital programs, content syndication, social media, webinars and events to drive net new leads 
  • Set up and build a nurture program for ongoing campaigns to support the follow up of inbound contacts and nurture of significant lead gen programs such as major events, webinars and paid programs
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and provide strategic direction based on data driven insights
  • Work closely with the field team to support and where appropriate, execute on corporate marketing initiatives and local events.
Requirements: 
  • 5+ years’ B2B experience in demand generation, campaign marketing or field marketing
  • Proven, hands-on experience developing campaigns from scratch, building out processes and best practices
  • Previous experience building end-to-end campaigns and a proven track record of delivering leads, MQL’s and opportunities. 
  • Experienced in marketing automation using tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce 
  • A strong understanding of lead flows, lead scoring, nurture programs, reporting and analyzing. 
  • You have a growth mindset and are eager to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills with attention to detail bring high energy and enthusiasm
