We’re seeking a Data Engineer for our Engineering team. As a member of the data engineering team, you will be building the data platform that powers our decision-making. This same platform also provides key insights for our practitioners and their patients through analytics and advanced metrics.

What you’ll do:

  • You will collaborate across functions such as analytics, product, and operations to understand their data
  • Using that insight, you will help write the ETL pipelines to integrate that data into our data warehouse for consumption by a larger audience
  • Working with other data engineers you will analyze data validity &platform metrics to improve correctness and performance

What you bring to the table:

  • 1+ years software development experience
  • Experience consuming APIs
  • Strong proficiency with SQL
  • Experience working with RDBM systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • You write tests and understand their value
  • Keen interest in learning more about programming, ETL and data engineering.

Bonus

  • Data warehousing experience
  • Experience writing and implementing data processing pipelines
  • Proficiency writing Golang, Ruby, or Python
  • Docker &Kubernetes and Argo Workflows experience
