Data Analyst - Sales Engineering - remote

Be a founding member of LoadSpring's Analytics Team and help customers leverage their data to make faster, more informed decisions. The Data Analyst - Sales Engineering will be focused on translating gobs of information into sensible servings through smart visualization, ultimately leading customers to an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning nirvana. We are in search of a client-facing, enterprise sales support Data Analyst - Sales Engineering star that can solve problems and sherpa customers through their been-there-done-that-let-me-show-you-the-way confidence.

Data Analyst - Sales Engineering Position

  • Work closely with Sales, Business Analysts, and Product Development to nurture long term customer relationships
  • Educate and inform customers to systemically collect requirements from which to model
  • Design technical architecture, secure configurations, models, development patterns, onboarding methods, and best practices
  • Build presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts for successful trials
  • Document proposals and repeatable/stable processes 
  • Translate BI/AI/ML across departments to ensure adoption and successful deployments
  • Represent LoadSpring at physical/virtual marketing events

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Technical degree or similar discipline
  • 3+ years experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc) and AI/ML Frameworks (TensorFlow, SPARK, Torch, Scikit-learn, DataRobot, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Cloud AI Platform and related data products (Datalab, Dataprep, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, etc)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including feature engineering, model training, model selection, parameter tuning, and model deployment
  • Proven business analysis and problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting
