The long version of our story: Back when web 2.0 was a thing (get off my lawn!) LeadSimple’s founders started a lead generation business connecting landlords with property management companies. Witnessing the challenges lead buyers had closing deals led into a natural segue to build out an industry-specific CRM which became the de-facto industry standard. Fast forward to 2020 when we released a process/workflow suite to move from the sales side of our clients business into the heart of day-to-day operations. The market was hungry and responded aggressively to the new direction, which led us to double down with growth and additional product expansion.


Expectations for your first 90 days:

  • Understands and identifies the user activation point
  • Displays educational skills in the classroom setting by demonstrating ability to educate customers on property management best practices and use cases
  • Efficiently manages cohort training groups and implementation trainings concurrently while keeping 90% of projects on track (Shadowing current Training Pilot at 30 days, being shadowed by manager at 60 days, independently functioning at 90 days)
  • Tracks customer requests, educational needs, and business needs to be able to recommend or facilitate additional extensions to Implementation Pilots
  • Proactively finds ways to increase speed of user activation milestones


A day in the life of…

  • Trains and educates clients during their implementation 
  • Drive as many clients as possible to the full understanding
  • Improve training process and procedures
  • Collect client success stories
  • Collect client feedback and act on it
  • Provide consolidated client feedback to the Sales and Product teams
  • Lead video and phone calls with clients
