 Everyone starts as a customer service rep in order to learn the business - you will have many hats which means you will learn different aspects about the company. We are looking for someone long term - the economy will take a down turn again so we are preparing now and will train you in multiple areas and positions so we are all prepared for the long term.
 
Important: We are big on being self sufficient and figuring out issues. We have a quiz that is meant to make you think you and come up with innovative answers and ways to solve.
 
There will be many times that you don’t know the answer to a question and we want to hire self sufficient individuals who can perform critical thinking and improvise.
