Summary
The Director of Customer Onboarding is a key member of our Operations Team and will lead the entire customer onboarding process for new customers and partners. This is a key customer-facing role and one that will help shape the experience that our customers have with Finexio early in their engagement with us. The manager may also work with the sales and channel teams in a pre-sales technical consultation role to explain how Finexio's product works and the options to integrate to Finexio including APIs and ETLs. In the early days post launch the project manager may also help provide technical support to our customers once live, working with our Engineering, Payments Operations, and Customer Success teams to provide our high-level of customer responsiveness and assistance.
Starting with the sales process, the Director of Customer Onboarding works with Sales to assess potential needs and implementation options. The Customer Onboarding Project Manager subsequently leads the customer onboarding process, project managing both Finexio and customer resources to ensure a prompt, efficient, and frictionless onboarding.
The Director of Customer Onboarding will lead the explanation with customers about how Finexio's integrations with ERP and Accounting Software providers functions as they collaborate to provide integration options for customers.
