Content Marketing Specialist
Financial Cents has an immediate opening for a Content Promotion Specialist with experience in content marketing to join our team on a part-time basis, with a good opportunity for this to turn into a full-time role based on performance. This is a fully remote role.

About Financial Cents
We are one of the fastest-growing practice management solutions in the $405B accounting and bookkeeping industry.

We currently have over 600+ accounting firms that depend on our platform to run their business day to day and manage their team. We are growing incredibly fast, tripping in size last year. We are on track to reach 1,200 firms by the end of 2022 and over 5,000 firms by 2025.

We are looking for a motivated individual to build out and manage our content marketing strategy to expand our reach.

The Role
We are looking for a storyteller, content promoter, and community builder to establish Financial Cents as an authoritative voice in the practice management and workflow space.

Your core focus will be to take the content generated by our team and promote it. This includes our current channels such as our blog, FB groups, and email list. You will also be responsible for finding new channels and partnerships to distribute our content and increase our reach.

On top of content promotion, you will be in charge of managing our FB Group. You will be focused on growing the audience and driving engagement to build an active community of accountants and bookkeepers around our brand.

Ultimately, your job will be to capture the demand of thousands of firms around the world and inspire them.

Job duties include:
  • Build a content program and strategy centered around our core value proposition and the challenge faced by our customers
  • Distribute content produced by our team across different channels and find new ways of increasing our reach. This will be your core focus. 
  • Grow our FB community and design a program to drive engagement 
  • Repurpose content we webinars &YT videos into blog posts, whitepapers and guides 

Requirements

  • Previous content marketing and promotion experience, SEO knowledge is a plus. Required 1- 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to write professionally and authoritatively.

  • Ability to work autonomously.
Hours: 10-20 hours a week in any time zone that works for the candidate.

THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE. This is a 1099 contractor role.

Pay range: $20-$35/hr depending on experience and scope.
