As a Cloud Security engineer you will join our foundations team. And you'll ensure that any potential security issues are quashed before they begin. We will look to you as our go-to security expert!
What you’ll do as a Cloud Security Engineer at Proton.ai:
Design and manage the security strategy across our infrastructure and user facing applications. (We run on Google Cloud infrastructure, heavily using Kubernetes)
Collaborate with engineering teams to define, implement, and enforce secure development policies.
Work on projects such as permissioning systems, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management, making key foundational design decisions that will guide us for years to come.
Be our go-to security expert making security decisions from the sales phase to production concerns.
You are experienced with:
Cloud providers, such as AWS or GCP
Cybersecurity
Python or some other dynamic programming language
Containerized architectures
You are:
Comfortable with Linux environments.
Nimble, able to think both strategically and get in the weeds as we refine our security strategy.
Motivated by the opportunity to make key decisions around technical choices.
