Purpose of the role:
To lead, drive and develop GenderGP internally as we transform from homemade virtual clinic with a website to the most streamlined &innovative telehealth company, e-learning resource and patient care model for the trans/ non-binary health sector in the world.

Responsible for:
Internal process &systems across our Telehealth, University, Membership &Licensing products;sales, marketing ≺Legal;HR &remote culture strategy. Overall remote team of 60+ and growing rapidly, distributed across EMEA &LATAM, an Operations team of 3. Developing a remote philosophy, culture &digital infrastructure for our distributed team.


Main responsibilities:
  • Strategic direction, change management &growth
  • Work collaboratively with CEO + Leadership  to develop the most streamlined &innovative telehealth company, e-learning resource and patient care model for the trans/ non-binary health sector in the world
  • Leverage technology, systems and process to simplify our business operations and accelerate business strategies
  • Systematically diagnose operational strengths and weaknesses across products &services, customers, technologies, strategies, culture, politics, systems, talent base &technical capabilities to build strong business foundation &remove impediments to growth.
  • Future-proof and plan for growth, profitability, working with scalability in mind

Priority Deliverables: 
Help us optimise existing operations ready for us to scale and hit our outrageous growth goals:
  • Create and implement a change management plan that helps us shift into full-throttle growth-mode 
  • Systematically diagnose operational strengths and weaknesses across products &services, customers, technologies, strategies, culture, politics, systems, talent base &technical capabilities to build strong business foundation &remove impediments to growth.
  • Identify the technology, systems and process to simplify our business operations and accelerate business strategies
  • Re-design a lean operations team structure, driven by smart, efficient systems &process
  • Help us determine the minimum % operational expenses required to deliver extraordinary whole product experiences to our customers 
  • Analyse sales data and monthly management accounts to make suggestions on how to improve profitability
  • Set up a framework/spreadsheet template for budgets, oversee planning &management process
  • Develop communication filter checklists for managers and team

Service delivery, sales &finance
  • Develop an innovative, technology-driven, customer-led service, ensuring extraordinary whole product experiences for our customers and team
  • Analyse trends across healthcare, HealthTech &Telehealth to develop innovative client journey with financial growth and customer experience in mind
  • Analyse sales data and monthly management accounts to improve profitability
  • Investigate, develop and adopt systems &resources across practice management, e-commerce and e-learning to ensure efficiency and automation, and develop tight processes
  • Provide strong financial management for business operations, preparing budgets, forecast &reviewing management accounts, tracking our financial progress month to month and ensuring adherence to financial policies

Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience of optimising operations strategy of a 7-figure company and scaling to 8-figures, sustainably and without detracting from core values &mission
  • Able to develop operational strategy across Healthtech or virtual health care, virtual practice management, ecommerce and customer experience (or relevant transferable skills &experience)
  • Ability to set budgets, oversee planning &management process across business operations
  • Ability to develop or implement philosophy, culture and digital infrastructure for a remote/ distributed team
  • Rigorous approach to risk management, compliance and data protection that keeps GenderGPs team and customer base safe and secure
