The Business Operations Coordinator will be an integral part of the Business Operations team and will support bus ops analysts, sales, account management and member success in the coordination and ingestion of data. The BOC is primarily responsible for the data mapping and ingestion of all data files related to prospects, new client onboarding, and ongoing maintenance of business clients. The BOC will ensure that all prospective clients submit data files that meet minimum file specification criteria for the development of prospective ROI analysis. The BOC will ensure that all new and established clients adhere to file specifications and will be responsible for all file uploads, including any format manipulation required for loading. The BOC will serve as the liaison to sales, account management, and member success to coordinate all data file transfers. The BOC will also receive cross training in order to assist the account management and member success teams seasonally as the business need arises. The BOC will be an important contributor during the agile process when product enhancements are being made related to data ingestion. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a keen sense of attention to detail. Must have a “can do” attitude and dive in mentality. Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple competing initiatives simultaneously and be client facing when necessary. Responsibilities
- Utilize Excel, CVS, TEXT files to review claims/eligibility files for acceptance according to standard requirements.
- Utilize Tableau Prep to transform data into standard format.
- Serve as Business Operations liaison for data file acceptance.
- Track file(s) and work with Account Management to ensure data is received as expected.
- Document ETL steps as requirements for Dev team to create Tableau Prep data flows.
- Evaluation all new data for accuracy, completeness, and provide mapping instructions to analytics team for approval.
- Ensure data integrity and validation of each file upload for prospects, new and established
clients. - Perform approved data mapping and validation of each data load.
- Work with business ops, development, and management teams to identify and implement
improved processes for efficiencies and automation. - Cross train with Account Management and Member Success teams as additional support during peak season and as business need arises as approved by Bus Ops VP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in project management, data ingestion, or another workflow process-oriented role
- Exceptional communication skills a must
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly a must
- Exceptional organizational skills required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to identify variances within sets of data against a standard file specification
- Demonstrated success in team environments
- Experience with Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office Suite products required
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, but not required
