This position is responsible for analyzing, gathering, developing and writing requirements, testing /QA, and active engagement in the projects related to the growing FuturePlan division.
This position works with the business service and operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into high level technical requirements for the development team. Create user documentation from the requirements for the finished product/feature.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements for new features and functionality of the existing and new systems
- Write product requirements for developers, including wireframes
- Write product documentation –document and maintain system process documentation
- Write report requirements and generate reports using SQL
- Perform Quality Assurance on projects and features. Develop QA plans
- Process Improvements –constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve internal and external processes, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customers (internal and external)
- Participate in scrum with development team
- Participate in development of product roadmap, backlog and prioritization of the requirements

- Understand and visualize the overarching strategic business goals achieved by utilizing existing and additional technology systems
- Adapt to changing business requirements for software releases
- Train and educate internal parties on new software product releases
- Anticipate current and future business needs requiring technological solutions
- Troubleshoot escalated product software issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or related technical degree
- 3+ Experience
- Experience with BPM processes and solutions (Example, Pega Platform)
Experience with business process automation
- Strong technical requirements writing skills
- Experience with SQL –ability to write queries and SPs
- SDLC, Scrum and Agile methodology
- Bug tracking, issue tracking, and task management tools
- Understanding of web development principles and UX design
