No matter where you work from, you are an integral part of the team. Therefore, we are looking for Agile Team Leads (m/f/d) from anywhere in Europe!
These are your tasks:
- Responsibility for 1-2 solution team(s) of approx. six employees
- Hold regular feedback and development meetings with the team(s)
- Designing personal development plans for the team members
- Serve as Scrum Master to the team
- Guide team through the scrum implementation process and eliminate obstacles (Impediment Backlog)
- Controlling and reporting of progress and performance
- Act as the contact person for the Product Owner and as an interface to all stakeholders (Director, Framework Owner,...) within the product
- Collaborate with other Agile Team Leads to leverage synergies
- Implement the “sense of ownership”and transport vision, values, and strategy
This is what you'll bring to the table:
- Experience in leadership
- In the best case experience as Scrum Master / Product Owner or Agile Coach and qualified as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- You are at home in the digital sector
- Experience working with agile methodologies (process, tools, application) –Scrum would be mandatory, OKR (objective and key results) would be a benefit
- Excellent communication, moderating, and conflict management skills
- Strong leadership competence and the agile mindset
- Excellent written and spoken negotiating skills in German and English
