Become Our Affiliate &Partnerships Manager!
In your job as an Affiliate &Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing affiliate strategies to drive customer acquisition for our 3 brands.
In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will join our marketing team, which is based in Europe. We work remotely, and ideally you should live in a country that aligns with the European Timezone.

What You Will Be Doing:
In your everyday job as an Affiliate &Partnerships Manager, you will connect with potential and existing Affiliates, negotiate terms, analyze and optimize their strategies to develop brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
We need somebody who is great at establishing and developing relationships, with a key focus on activation, to ensure that Partners and Affiliates realize their potential.
Here is a list describing the tasks involved in this position (do you happen to like making lists? So do we!):
- You will monitor sales, report on progress &performance and set goals and action plans
- You will analyze Affiliates’ statistics to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and maximize revenue.
- You will manage affiliate agreements, compensation models, commission structures, and engagement requirements.
- You will find high-value Affiliates and Partners that drive business results
- You will run onboarding and activation for new affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary assets (content template, ready-to-use texts/banners, newsletters, new features description &screenshots)
- You will ensure compliance with the brand guidelines, the Affiliate agreement and product presentation on an ongoing basis.
- You will represent our company at events such as WordCamps
What Do You Need To Excel at This Job:
Significant experience in Affiliate Marketing
You have hands-on experience implementing and optimizing affiliate programs for a brand (ideally in the SaaS or Tech environments).
You understand marketing attribution and how different channels interplay at different points in the customer journey.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
You know how to use data to analyze and measure marketing programs, you have experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush,…) and you know how to use numbers to prioritise your work.
Strong Sales Skills
You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver. You are not afraid to share a point of view and lead Affiliates to drive better performance.
Excellent Communication
You have excellent English speaking and writing skills. You are good at building strong relationships and hustling to make sure partners are satisfied.
WordPress Market Knowledge
A familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem is a major plus (themes, plugins, hosts, etc…)
