Responsibilities
- Identify new traffic and revenue streams;outreach to influencers, bloggers, Instagrammers, Tik Tokers, larger websites
- Work with existing affiliates to increase revenue, develop incentives for new affiliates, develop into higher performing affiliates
- Bring more traffic, get more revenue coming in the door
- Communicate to affiliates about quarterly launches, swipe copy, emails leading up to launch, manage/increase engagement, direct traffic
- Increase and set up private launches with larger affiliates, swipe copy, emails leading up to launch, manage/increase engagement, direct traffic, work with internal team to facilitate private launches
- Review existing affiliate data, identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Reviewing data and ensuring affiliates are being credited for appropriate sales
- Assist with development of new programs such as a tiered program, incentive programs, etc.
Requirements
Previous experience with:
- Working with affiliates, developing affiliate partners, managing relationships
- Identifying and qualifying leads
- Negotiating deals
- Increasing revenue
- Managing and reporting on data
Other requirements:

- Strong communication
This role will report directly to the founders.
