Your Education &Experience
- Higher education in foreign languages or business administration or economics
- You speak perfect English and French;other languages (such as Russian, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus but not mandatory
- You worked in an international B2B company before
- You have experience working in smaller companies, where procedures are not very strict and there is room for flexibility
- You have experience performing various virtual administrative tasks for a remote- first company
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call clients, vendors or any other partner of the company, to follow up as needed
- You have an excellent client etiquette
- Your Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills are excellent
- You have experience with other tools used in remote work environments – CRMs, project management tools, Skype / Slack / other communication tools, Dropbox, Google Drive etc

What is the job
- Managing a remote, multi-cultural team ongoingly including o Organizing online trainings
- Supervising their activities and providing guidance
- Planning weekly activities for the teams
- Taking initiative to assign relevant work to the teams in order to make progress towards the company’s goals • Perform tasks as requested by management
- Reports on internal KPIs or external data
- Research on various topics
- Administrative tasks such as contracts, documents, follow ups with service providers
- Support management in keeping the teams aligned on plans, goals and KPIs
- Follow up with clients on offers sent by the company or for collecting payments on fulfilled orders
- Follow up with vendors and support the company in maintaining relations with them
- Other ad-hoc tasks
