Creator Sourcing &Management:
  • Strategically contact YouTube creators within key demographics to broker native ad placement for brands.
  • Act as key line of communication for negotiations, logistics, and approvals.
  • Correspond with clients for logistics, approvals, and performance updates.
  • Focus on strategic channel discovery that will have the most immediate monetary impact for Branded Native.
  • Document performance, update posting status, archive clips as native ads go live.
Implementing Strategy:
  • Understand each clients key performance indicators and how to find demographics and channels that will achieve the client’s goals.
  • Give insights to Directors as to how to improve performance of each client portfolio.
  • Clearly understand the initiatives of each campaign and assemble dashboards for the clients that implement the strategy outlined by the directors and leadership.
  • Help to guide the Campaign Coordinator team to providing channel options that align with the dashboard strategy and achieve the overall goal.
Internal Processes:
  • Contribute to an organized master creator database on Airtable
  • Keep all client and internal dashboards up to date on Notion
  • Assist creators in the Branded Native onboarding, contract and payment process
  • Understand best practices for using multiple email addresses to maximize email deliverability

Requirements:
  • A personal computer to work off
  • Availability during business hours USA – prefer to work by 8am PST or on EST if don’t live on the west coast
  • 1 year professional experience
  • Ideal: A personal interest in watching YouTube
