About the role
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the region
- Actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers within your target markets and ideal customer profiles
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage and deliver on sales targets by nurturing inbound leads and executing outbound sales activities
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies to research prospects and generate leads
- Execute discovery calls, conduct product demos and help customers through the sales process all the way to closure
- Tailor and send quotes and proposals for each prospect based on their specific needs
- Work closely with the SDRs and marketing team to ensure a high quality pipeline of inbound demand.
- Work closely with the CSMs (customer success managers) to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Ideal Candidate
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- 10+ years of overall sales experience, most of which is in outbound Sales
- 5+ years of sales experience in recruitment/ staffing or B2B SaaS industry
- A customer first attitude with an ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients
- Passionate about all aspects of lead generation including cold-calling and social selling
- Relentless and creative approach to generating pipeline and revenue
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation including customer success, marketing, product, and engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proven ability to self-motivate and adapt to a changing environment
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous
