We’ve taken this brand from $0 to currently around $1.3M/mo in 12 months. Fully bootstrapped and profitable.

This role is critical for enhancing our website UX, designing new sections and pages, collaborating with the CRO team on A/B tests, and supporting the marketing team with static ads and other materials.

To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should have excellent design skills, thorough knowledge and understanding of user experience principles and static ad creation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage website UX and design new sections and pages.
  • Collaborate with the CRO team to execute A/B tests on various elements.
  • Create static ads and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.

    Your Experience:

    • 2-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and static designs.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
    • Experience in website UX design and a solid understanding of design principles.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

      ? Nice to Have:

      • Experience working with conversion rate optimization teams.
      • Familiarity with A/B testing tools.
      • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
