YOUR ROLE

 
We are searching for our next Programmatic Supervisor to join our Performance Media team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of campaign planning and considers themselves a resourceful and curious problem solver.Partner with our Performance Media team to strategize programmatic tactics, technology and make budget recommendations.

  • Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot platforms, systems &tools.
  • Interpret campaign performance and provide creative optimizations to supervisors and colleagues alike.
  • Coach and mentor planners and assistants, sharing insights about industry trends.
  • Actively build relationships with external clients and vendors.

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • 4 + years of experience in day-to-day programmatic campaign management, working across multiple DSPs we work with The Trade Desk, DV360 and Amazon, but we’re open to experience in Amobee or Verizon.
    • You’re not shy and enjoy building relationships with clients and know to manage up.
    • You know your technical stuff and can troubleshoot.
    • You’re a teacher at heart and have already successfully managed team members.
    • You’ve got a bit of an entrepreneurial streak, so you’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas and opportunities.
    • You are interested in learning other bid-based channels specifically paid social media and SEM.
    • You are looking for a place to learn and build something special. And you want to do it in a casual and collaborative environment.
