Senior Legal Process Specialist

Combine your passion for designing innovative solutions with our Legal Operations team. Be part of modernizing the processes and systems that sustain Progressive’s legal functions. As a senior legal process specialist, you will be responsible for advanced technical support to our Process Consultants. You will also respond to high complexity inquiries from the legal support team, system users, HR &Legal Systems and IT regarding specific states and/or systems and procedures. Responsibilities will also include participating and/or leading system projects supporting legal department improvements. This is a unique opportunity for someone with proven and demonstrated process improvement and change management successes.
Must Have qualifications
•Bachelor‘s Degree or higher in a business-related discipline (e.g., Business Administration) and 5 years professional work experience
•In lieu of a degree, 7 years professional work experience
Preferred skills
•Advanced subject matter expertise in Legal Operations, Litigation Case Management Systems and content management
•Advanced knowledge of legal, process, technology, and operations
•Demonstrated ability to problem solve and problem framing.
•Detail oriented.
•Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Compensation
•$72,250 –$85,000/year
•Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
