About You:

  • Strong technical expertise in full stack software development, with proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, VueJS, and Angular, as well as back-end technologies including NodeJS, ExpressJS API, MySQL, AWS, Redis, Postgres, and MongoDB
  • Proven experience in software development and contributing to an environment that values learning and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities that convert business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Passion for staying current with the latest trends and advancements in software development and the ability to drive innovation and standardization within the team
  • Committed to aligning technical solutions with a deep understanding of key business performance metrics

    About the Role:

    • Taking ownership of front-end and back-end development tasks, designing and implementing features across the entire technology stack
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality features that are well-aligned toward business outcomes
    • Inspires the team towards ambitious goals and ensures timely, high-quality delivery
    • Conducting code reviews to ensure quality and providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team
    • Tackling complex technical challenges and finding innovative solutions to meet business objectives
    • Documenting technical solutions, APIs, and processes to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team
    • Responsible for ensuring the software’s quality, testability, security, and integrity, following best practices to protect user data and prevent potential vulnerabilities
    • Staying informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in full-stack development, evaluating their potential application within the team’s projects

      Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development
      • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, VueJS, and Angular
      • Experience with back-end technologies, including NodeJS, ExpressJS API, MySQL, AWS, Redis, Postgres, and MongoDB
      • Proven experience working in software development teams and delivering high-quality products
      • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, test-driven development, best practices, and coding standards
      • 2+ years of experience developing cloud native applications on AWS
      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills

        Bonus Points for:

        • Experience working in a tech company and/or high-growth startup
        • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
        • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
        • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
        • Experience with paired programming
        • Contributions to the software development community (open-source projects, blog posts, conference talks, etc.)

          • Our salary range for this position is $143k –$194k, in addition to compensation we also include an employee equity package as a component of our offer along with other benefits and perks outlined below.
