We are hiring a Senior Data UX Analyst to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans’daily lives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain a robust framework for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on UX metrics, including user satisfaction, product engagement/usage metrics, product adoption rates, external data sets, task success rates, and usability issues.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing MS PowerBI reports providing end-user high-level statistics by feature
  • Conduct in-depth, data-based analyses of user behavior to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
  • Analyze engagement data to provide valuable insights into Veteran preferences and behavior, informing data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct data modeling, creating relationships between tables, setting up data hierarchies, and using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for calculations using a variety of data sources
  • Work closely with UX designers to conduct user research, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather qualitative insights and validate design decisions.
  • Synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable recommendations for improving product usability and satisfaction.
  • Partner with product managers and UX designers to conduct cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions to ideate and prioritize features that address user needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for measuring the effectiveness of UX improvements.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, UX design, and healthcare technology, and share knowledge with the team through presentations and training sessions.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction) required.
    • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on UX research and visualization.
    • Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, DataDog, SQL, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS for integrating and analyzing large scale data
    • Experience designing intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports using various visual elements like charts, graphs, maps, and tables
    • Experience in healthcare or a related industry preferred, with knowledge of clinical workflows and user needs.

      Requirements:

      • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
      • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

          At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

          United States Wage Range: $100,000 –$140,000
