Your Mission:

This role reports directly to the Director of People &Culture. Our People Team embodies a “product mindset”where we believe in working in transparency and collaboration with our stakeholders. We do not aim to simply complete “task lists”- we focus on the needs and wants of our customers and focus on the adoption of our solutions, not their pure execution. What youll be doing:
- Responsible to design and drive various people development frameworks at scale (from leadership development programs to performance management and employee engagement). By this you enable:
- employees to understand and buy into our philosophies while taking the driver seat of their career
- we nurture an environment where impact is more important than titles
- leaders know who are their key performers, who they still need to develop, where potentially low performance eats team culture
- we have a high talent density with people who can easily grow/take on more responsibilities
- Responsible to facilitate various trainings on key organisational topics, such as feedback, team culture and performance.
- Partner with managers and senior leadership in designing various creative talent solutions that meet all needs.
- Partnering with the extended People leadership team on building holistic People approaches and frameworks that support our overarching employee goals, such as internal events, performance management and engagement.
You will thrive in this role if:
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management or similar- or at least 5 years experience in the field.
- You have in-depth knowledge and passion about the “development”side of People (however, you do want to challenge the status quo of the “HR”world”), such as leadership development and performance management
- You have worked in an international, scaling organisation (and know the pain of processes breaking when not thought through 10x)
- You have strong stakeholder management experience and have partnered with managers and senior stakeholders on various projects
- Ideally you have experience designing and facilitating various trainings/leadership programs
- You have great sense of empathy, excellent organizational talent and pragmatism
- You enjoy being creative, thinking outside of the box and designing unique solutions that fit the company’s culture and needs
- You have outstanding communication skills as well as a proactive mindset, while your project management skills are always referred to as the “bar”
- You are an owner, you do not shy away from take the lead of various matters while keeping your stakeholders in the loop
- You do not shy away to roll up your sleeves while setting up scalable frameworks and processes
