KaiPod Catalyst is looking for passionate educators who are seeking creativity and flexibility in the educational process, to teach students without the limitations of traditional school systems. We are looking for passionate individuals who have a vision for education and are ready to develop a learning environment that embodies your education philosophy.
Role Summary:
- To qualify, you must have 10-15 hours per week to participate remotely in KaiPod Catalyst. You should be prepared to increase your commitment to full-time once your microschool launches.
- Join virtual trainings, webinars, workshops, regular synchronous group meetings, and coffee chats to gain the expertise to launch, run and grow a Microschool.
- Receive training and professional development related to marketing and outreach, community engagement, finance and fundraising, hiring, operations, academic programming and student experience.
- Prepare to launch your own Microschool in Fall 2025, and join a community of Microschool leaders in your region and across the country
- Ongoing personalized support and professional development for you and your team for three years after your school launches.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students, in any capacity –whether teaching in a classroom, coaching a group, or homeschooling your own child.
- Most of our founders have bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and many have teaching credentials, but these are not required.
- Passion and deep commitment to building your own school and providing innovative and personalized learning experiences.
- A clear vision for your microschool you aren’t afraid to share with everyone, inspiring others to support your efforts.
- Community-driven, with strong relationships and dedication to serving the education needs of your community
- Personal savings and/or a supportive partner to rely on for the first year (if the school doesn’t hit full enrollment right away)
- This opportunity is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
