What you’ll do
As UX Researcher you will work within IT projects in the following areas:
- UX Research (field research, remote/online): Support in planning, executing, synthesizing, and presenting results of the UX research activities such as user observations, interviews, surveys, journey mapping and usability tests.
- Collaborative Research: Partner with stakeholders to identify research objectives and establish an overall research strategy.
- UX Measurement: Assist in designing, analyzing, and synthesizing UX measurement surveys to inform design decisions.
- Insights Generation &Communication: Identify patterns in user feedback and behavior. Present research findings to stakeholders.
- Actionable Recommendations: Work closely with UX Designers to translate user insights into actionable persona-oriented design concepts, prototypes, information architecture.
- Research Operations: Help establish and refine UX research processes and practices for the organization.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on evolving research trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our UX research processes.
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master of Cognitive Science, Psychology, Sociology, or related field of design studies.
- Fluency in English
- Team player, empathetic, open-minded, self-driven &reliable, creative yet pragmatic and solution-oriented, eager to learn and to share own knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, incl. creating questionnaires
- MS Office literacy, particularly Excel &PowerPoint.
- Genuine interest in understanding user behavior and interactions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent communication &presentation skills.
- Curiosity for ML-based text analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical &research tools is an advantage.
