The Task At Hand:
Our Digital Graphic Designer reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is primarily responsible for creating performance-driven, extraordinary marketing assets. The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and updating all digital assets from shopper marketing elements to social posts.
In This Role, You Will:
•Design and develop digital assets for various Once Upon a Farm channels. This includes web assets/pages, emails, digital banners, social/shareable assets, etc., always keeping designs on brand and elevated
•Partner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives and effectively turn around projects based on feedback
•Understand and apply brand guidelines across all assets
•Organize and maintain all assets
•Support DTC design and acquisition collateral –digital display and social ads
•Move from design to production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors to deliver digital-ready files seamlessly
•Work closely with the Social Media Manager and be capable of developing social media content (infographics, memes, campaign executions)
•Streamline processes to increase productivity and accuracy of execution
•Communicate with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders on projects to offer as much transparency and collaboration as possible
•Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
•BA in Graphic Design or related field of study preferred
•A minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design
•Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
•In-depth understanding of modern design principles
•Ability to design digital motion assets required
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•Strong attention to detail
•Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where each team member chips in on a variety of tasks.
•Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
•Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers”do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter
•Genuinely passionate about improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet
•Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment
•Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Marketingpreferred
•Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position

Compensation:
•Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried
•The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000.00 –$75,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
