Description

We are searching for a Community Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the execution of strategic social media engagement, content delivery, and reactive graphic designs to help our Client meet their goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to immerse themselves in the brands they support via engaging, synthesizing, leading and positively influencing their online communities.

**This is a contract position through June 30, 2024 with a high likelihood to extend**

Responsibilities

Community Management

Monitor conversations and engage 1:1 with users across social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, X, and Instagram.
Maintaining consistent brand voice across all engagements.
Discover trending topics, community needs, and interests of clients audience across social media, adjusting content and messaging accordingly.
Designer
- Own all designs, creations and handoffs for our Clients brands.
- Create design content such as profile pictures, throwbacks, ASCIIs, and doodles.
- Responsible for building out and maintaining ASCII bank for community managers.
- Responsible for inputting and updating any personalized creative data into reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  Requirements
  - 1+ years of professional level social media experience
  - 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
  - Experience with Illustrator is preferred.
  - Related experience or education in the field of marketing, communications, advertising, or consulting
  - A driving passion for social media, building community, interacting with various audiences.
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  - Excellent organizational, time, and self-management skills
  - Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
    Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000/yr
    ** This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised. The identity of the Client will be disclosed if you are selected to move forward in the hiring process **
