Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales experience or a desire to grow in sales.
- Meticulous organization skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google docs and writing proposals.
- Hard-working and super proactive.
- SEO experience/knowledge is a huge plus!
- Fluent in verbal/written English.
Responsibilities
- Send pre-meeting reminders via email and text for all new calls.
- Attend any new client meetings and take notes on action items.
- Schedule secondary calls with appropriate team members.
- Set reminders for all emails the Director of SEO needs to reply to on a daily basis.
- Frequently follow up with all outstanding proposals to move deals along the pipeline.
- Keep CRM pipeline numbers and deal stages up to date.
- Keep the Director of SEO’s inbox organized.
- Note any internal meetings or deadlines for reminders.
- Set up SearchAtlas tabs for relevant demo meetings.
- Set up any client accounts, invoices, subscriptions.
